The dough-cutting machine is specially designed to cut the sheet bread dough delicately. The dough-rolling machine is specially designed to process sticky and soft doughs. After these stages are completed, the dough is transferred to the baking trolley, and a machine with six rotating plate heads is used to increase the speed of the baking process and facilitate the work on the production line.
